微生物無(wú)菌室裝修設計要注意什么？

　　無(wú)菌室應根據既經(jīng)濟又科學(xué)的原則來(lái)設置。其基本要求有以下幾點(diǎn)：

　?。?）無(wú)菌室應有內、外兩間，內間是無(wú)菌室，外間是緩沖室。房間容積不宜過(guò)大，以便于空氣滅菌。內間面積2×2.5＝5m2，外間面積1×2＝2m2，高以2.5m以下為宜，都應有天花板。

　　(1) The aseptic room should have two rooms, one inside is aseptic room and the other outside is buffer room. The room volume should not be too large to facilitate air sterilization. 　?。?）內間應當設拉門(mén)，以減少空氣的波動(dòng)，門(mén)應設在離工作臺更遠的位置上；外間的門(mén)更好也用拉門(mén)，要設在距內間更遠的位置上。

　　(2) Sliding door shall be set in the interior to reduce air fluctuation, and the door shall be set at the farthest position from the workbench; It is better to use sliding door for the door of the outer room, which shall be set at the farthest position from the inner room.

　?。?）在分隔內間與外間的墻壁或“隔扇”上，應開(kāi)一個(gè)小窗，作接種過(guò)程中必要的內外傳遞物品的通道，以減少人員進(jìn)出內間的次數，降低污染程度。小窗寬60cm、高40cm、厚30cm，內外都掛對拉的窗扇。

　　(3) A small window shall be opened on the wall or "partition" separating the inner and outer rooms as a necessary channel for internal and external transfer of goods during the vaccination process, so as to reduce the number of personnel entering and leaving the inner room and reduce the degree of pollution. 　?。?）無(wú)菌室容積小而嚴密，使用一段時(shí)間后，室內溫度很高，故應設置通氣窗。通氣窗應設在內室進(jìn)門(mén)處的頂棚上（即離工作臺更遠的位置），更好為雙層結構，外層為百葉窗，內層可用抽板式窗扇。通氣窗可在內室使用后、滅菌前開(kāi)啟，以流通空氣。有條件可安裝恒溫恒濕機。
